Manage SellerHub listings directly in chat
Alf can now help customers with:
Viewing listings – See your domains listed for sale, along with their status, pricing, and whether you’ve implemented “buy now” or “make an offer”
Importing domains – Turn any domain you own into a new SellerHub listing, with optional pricing and “for sale” page settings
Updating listings – Change your display name, descriptions, pricing, “for sale” pages, and contact form settings
Answering relevant questions – You can find out about listing fees, escrow flow, pay-out schedules, and more

Try Alf without signing up
Explore what Alf can do, even if you don't have a Spaceship account. Just ask. Whether it's hosting advice or how to find the perfect domain name, Alf will guide you in the right direction. Please note: Alf can't perform sensitive actions, such as adding a nameserver to your domain, if you don't have an account.
File Attachments: First Iteration Live
Users can now attach files to Alf chat messages on web. Supported formats: images (.png, .jpg/.jpeg) and documents (.pdf, .docx, .txt, .csv, .json, .html, .md, .xlsx).
Customer Support Inline Message
Alf now displays a new inline message with a direct link to open Live Chat when it cannot resolve a user's request.
Context Handling Improvements
Intent continuity for long conversations and complex requests has been improved - Alf no longer loses context (e.g. domain name) in case of complex intents.

Alf now handles complex conflict resolution when connecting domains to products.
Instead of just disconnect/connect, Alf can now present multiple resolution options (like subdomain connections, removing conflicting DNS records etc), ask for specific details when needed, and execute product-specific CRL actions.

When you use Alf to search for a domain, Alf no longer assumes you want a country-based domain.
If a TLD is not available in your country, Alf will now suggest a suitable alternative right away.
Alf is now better able to sift through the information in Spaceship’s help articles providing more in-depth, accurate responses by considering tags in articles.
Instances where Alf would return parts of articles with incorrect formatting have been fixed.
Alf will now check if a domain can be transferred before providing more information, saving you time when a domain can’t be transferred to Spaceship.
Alf can now successfully validate domains that were unlocked during a transfer before adding them to the cart.
Alf now filters search results better when you ask about specific products. Previously, it returned every product in our catalog in some cases.
Alf can now properly initiate and manage connections for externally registered domains added to Spaceship using the connection library.

Internal domain transfer flow (domain push) has been released into production.
Domain Transfer is now integrated — Alf supports incoming domain transfers inline. It checks auth code validity, verifies transfer lock status, prepares the transfer item, and adds it to the shopping cart.
Alf is aware of ongoing incidents and can now inform you about relevant global incidents in real-time, and is able to use this knowledge in replies, ensuring transparency and better support.
An SSL assistant has been introduced to help you navigate SSL-related queries. It can also read existing SSL certificates in customer accounts to provide more accurate answers.
