• All assistants now run on Completion API — making Alf 2–3x faster, more stable, and better at handling context.
• The new Domain Research Assistant gives sharper, more creative suggestions.
• Bulk generation and pro-level config for TLDs, SEO, UX, and ranking now available via Admin Tool.
• About a third of assistants upgraded to GPT-4.1 for higher-quality answers.
• WebSocket support = instant replies. Plus, we sped up Product API calls across the board.
• Fixed: duplicate replies, wrong domain matches, missing SSL info.
• Admin interface thread filters are working like they should again.

• We resolved an intermittent issue where Alf was not confirming the required domains with users during the transfer process. This fix ensures transfers now go without a hitch.
• We’ve improved how protected DNS records are handled when disconnecting services. This update enhances stability and reliability when setting up your domain.
• You’ll now see more relevant and tailored domain name recommendations from Alf. We’ve adjusted how we rank suggestions based on a feedback and performance data to make finding the right domain a quicker process.

• Meet your new go-to for hosting help. Alf can now better detect your hosting package and guide you to the right cPanel or Hosting Manager section.
• Alf is now better at explaining what it can do. Expect even clearer, and more structured answers every time.
• Behind the scenes, Alf’s accuracy is tighter than ever thanks to some new enhancements. It has switched to a streaming API for even faster, more responsive interactions. Finally, Alf now has better prompt consistency across the board so everything feels more seamless and familiar.

• When you use Alf to search for a domain, Alf no longer assumes you want a country-based domain. 
• If a TLD is not available in your country, Alf will now suggest a suitable alternative right away.
• Alf is now better able to sift through the information in Spaceship’s help articles providing more in-depth, accurate responses by considering tags in articles.
• Instances where Alf would return parts of articles with incorrect formatting have been fixed.
• Alf will now check if a domain can be transferred before providing more information, saving you time when a domain can’t be transferred to Spaceship.
• Alf can now successfully validate domains that were unlocked during a transfer before adding them to the cart.
• Alf now filters search results better when you ask about specific products. Previously, it returned every product in our catalog in some cases.
• Alf can now properly initiate and manage connections for externally registered domains added to Spaceship using the connection library.
• Alf can now look up DNS records for external domains, making it easier to troubleshoot problems and give better advice for those websites.
• Alf now understands and can help with all the products and applications in your account.
• Internal domain transfer flow (domain push) has been released into production.
• Domain Transfer is now integrated — Alf supports incoming domain transfers inline. It checks auth code validity, verifies transfer lock status, prepares the transfer item, and adds it to the shopping cart.
• Alf is aware of ongoing incidents and can now inform you about relevant global incidents in real-time, and is able to use this knowledge in replies, ensuring transparency and better support.
• An SSL assistant has been introduced to help you navigate SSL-related queries. It can also read existing SSL certificates in customer accounts to provide more accurate answers.
