Spaceship takes fighting abuse on our platform seriously. We have an industry leading 24/7 team focused on fighting all forms of abuse. Spaceship offers a variety of dispute resolution mechanisms to help address a wide range of concerns, which include:

• Specific abuse complaint procedures (including Copyright, Trademark, Malware, Phishing and many other mechanisms to report abuse to the appropriate team);
• Withheld for Privacy privacy services claim;
• Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDPR");
• Legal Policies.

Note: All requests and/or notices from India related to and/or from the following: Legal Notices (including but not limited to Advance Notices and Court Orders (of any kind)) or Orders/Request for Action or Information from national agencies (NIXI, CERT, MeitY, etc) and/or law enforcement MUST be submitted to Spaceship’s Grievance Officer.
