It is possible to upgrade a Spacemail subscription to a higher plan. The following upgrades are possible:
Pro >> Business >> Advanced
Special (included in our Hosting plans) >> Advanced.
To upgrade, go to Spacemail Manager:
click ‘Manage’ next to the subscription you want to upgrade;
click ‘Change plan’ to proceed with the option you need.
You can choose the billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or bi-yearly) during the plan change.
Upgrades for Spacemail are processed on a prorated basis, meaning the system calculates the unused amount for the remaining period and displays the prorated price you must pay for the plan change. You will see that amount after you select the desired plan.
If the prorated amount is less than what you paid for the initial purchase, you will not be charged at this time. The remaining amount will be used with the subsequent renewal of this subscription.
Note:
The downgrade functionality is not available at the moment.
The trial plan change is not supported.
Once your subscription reaches Expiring status, the upgrade is blocked until renewal.
