As there are no special requirements for .locker domain registration, .locker domains can be registered by anyone in the world.
The .locker top-level domain (TLD) is web2 and web3 compatible. Once you register your .locker domain name, you will receive an email from the Registry sent to the domain registrant's email address to claim the .locker Web3 Digital Identity. You can read more about how it works on the Registry’s site.
You will need to click on the link in that email to create an account, set up the Web3 digital wallet, and claim your digital identity.
