How to change a domain for a Spacemail subscription?

The domain assigned to a Spacemail subscription can be changed by disconnecting your current domain from the Spacemail subscription and connecting this Spacemail subscription to a new domain.

NOTE: After Spacemail is disconnected from the domain, all data from this Spacemail subscription will be deleted without the possibility of being restored.

In case, you have some important data in your Spacemail mailboxes, our Technical team can save and restore the backup of your emails.

Once all the important emails are saved, or in case you do not have any important data there, please follow the steps below to disconnect your domain and Spacemail:

Using the Search bar find Connection Manager and find the domain name in question. Click on it and you will see all the services connected to this domain. To disconnect it from Spacemail, click on 3 dots > Remove connection.

To connect a new domain with Spacemail, go to Spacemail Manager, find the subscription without a domain, click on the +Add domain button, and proceed with the Spacemail Unboxing and its connection to the new domain, then create mailboxes (your business email addresses).
