How to change the billing cycle for my Spacemail subscription?

Using our Spacemail service you can choose a billing cycle option suitable for you: monthly, yearly, or biyearly.

To change the billing cycle for your Spacemail subscription, log in to your Spaceship account: 

1. Using the Search bar please find Spacemail Manager.

2. Locate the necessary Spacemail subscription.

3. Select the “Manage” button.

4. Select "Change billing cycle" from the right sidebar.

5. Choose the suitable option, and click “Request change”.

Important:

• To complete the billing cycle change the auto-renew option for the Spacemail subscription in question must be enabled. If auto-renew is disabled, the billing cycle change will not occur.

While waiting for the billing cycle to change, you will not be limited to use any Spacemail functionality. 

NOTE: It is not possible to change the billing cycle for Spacemail trial subscriptions.
