Spacemail CalDav setup Outlook for Windows

This article provides step-by-step guidance on configuring your Spacemail calendar in Outlook using the CalDAV protocol.

Since Outlook does not support CalDAV natively, you'll need to use a free third-party add-in called Caldavsynchronizer to complete the setup.

Please note that Caldavsynchronizer is not compatible with the New Outlook.

To set it up, follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://caldavsynchronizer.org.

  2. Click Download and select the version that matches your system architecture.

  3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

  4. Once installed, open Outlook. A new tab called CalDav Synchronizer will appear on the ribbon.

Note: You need to have Microsoft Outlook 2013 or a newer version.

  5. Click the CalDav Synchronizer tab in Outlook, then select Synchronization Profiles:

  6. Click Add new profile:

  7. In the list of available profile types, choose Generic CalDAV/CardDAV:

  8. Enter the required CalDAV calendar details:

Name: Enter a recognisable name for this profile.

Outlook Folder: Select or create the calendar folder in Outlook where events should appear.

    DAV URL: https://caldav.spacemail.com/

Username: Your full Spacemail email address (e.g., info@example.com)

Password: The password for this email account
