How do I change my Spacemail password?

You can change the password for your Spacemail address in two ways:

  • Change your password via Spacemail webmail

  • Generate a new password using Spacemail Manager

Change your password via Spacemail webmail

  1. To set your own password, log in to your Spacemail Webmail.

  2. Click the Settings button in the top right corner.

  3. Find the Security Centre card and click Launch Security Centre.

  4. Click Change password, enter your current and new passwords, and click Save. You will see a pop-up notification confirming the password change.

Change your password in Spacemail Manager

  1. Go to Spacemail Manager and find the Spacemail subscription linked to the relevant mailbox.

  2. Click the three dots next to the required mailbox and select Reset password.

  3. Enter a new password of your choice. We recommend that it meets the following requirements:
     • Be at least 8 characters long
     • Include both uppercase and lowercase letters
     • Contain numbers
     • Include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #)
After entering your new password, click Save password. You will see a pop-up notification confirming the password change.

Alternatively, you can use the password generator by clicking the circular arrow icon next to the password field. Then, click Save password.

  4. Use the new password to log in to your Spacemail mailbox.

NOTE: Feel free to use any password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, etc.) to store your passwords and keep your accounts secure.
