Spacemail is equipped with an in-built spam filter service — Jellyfish. It is a smart email security system with machine learning technology that efficiently protects your inbox from email threats including spam, phishing, viruses, malware, and spoofing.
You can log into Jellyfish dashboard where it’s possible to create filter rules to block or accept senders (based on their email, domain, IP address, and other parameters), view your domain’s mail flow logs, or disable the filtration if necessary.
To log into the Jellyfish spam management tool, follow these steps:
Log into your Spaceship account using your credentials
Go to Spacemail Manager and locate the Spacemail subscription in question
Click on Manage on the right
Click on Spam management in the split view window. You will be forwarded to the Jellyfish interface
