If you've forgotten your Spacemail password, don’t worry! Here’s how you can reset your password:
Go to Spacemail Manager and locate the Spacemail subscription linked to the mailbox in question.
Click the three dots next to the required mailbox and select Reset password.
Enter a new password of your choice. We suggest that it meet the following requirements:
• Be at least 8 characters long
• Include both uppercase and lowercase letters
• Contain numbers
• Include at least one special character (e.g., !, @, #)
After entering your new password, click Save password. You will see the pop-up notification about a successful password change.
Alternatively, you can use the password generator by clicking the circular arrow icon next to the password field. Then, click Save password.
Use the new password to log in to your Spacemail mailbox.
Notes:
You can use any password manager (such as 1Password or Bitwarden) to store your passwords and keep your accounts secure.
If you are not the owner of the Spacemail subscription (e.g., you don’t have access to the Spaceship account where the subscription was purchased), please reach out to the owner of the Spacemail subscription, so they can reset your password through the Spacemail Manager using the steps above.
