Email encryption ensures that the content of your messages is protected from being read by unauthorized individuals. With Spacemail, you can easily encrypt your emails by setting a password. This ensures that only the recipient with the correct password can read the contents of your email, even if it is intercepted or accessed by others during transmission.
When you send a password-protected email, you assign a password to the message. The recipient will need to enter this password to unlock and read the email. This ensures that the email content remains secure and confidential.
Log in to your Spacemail account;
Create a new email by clicking on the “Compose” button;
Сlick on a Lock icon in the Compose window.
In the pop-up window, add a secure password for the email, double-check the password before the confirmation, and click “Save”.
NOTE: If you click on the “Encrypted” button, the password encryption will be deleted from the email.
That’s all. You are ready to send your encrypted email. The recipient will need the password you set to access and read the email.
Using Spacemail's password protection feature is an effective way to ensure your sensitive email content remains secure and accessible only to the intended recipient.
